The presentation materials, slides, data, methodologies, and other content shared during the Quantum Summit 2026 (collectively, the "Materials") are the exclusive intellectual property of Premier Research Labs, LP and/or its presenters.
As a condition of accessing the Materials, you must review and affirmatively agree to the terms of this Intellectual Property Policy by selecting "I Agree and Access Materials."
By selecting "I Agree and Access Materials," you represent and agree as follows:
- Limited Use License. The Materials are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial reference. Subject to your compliance with this Policy, Premier Research Labs, LP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, modify, or otherwise share the Materials, in whole or in part, with any third party without the prior written consent of Premier Research Labs, LP.
- Prohibited Uses. You may not use the Materials for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to competitive analysis, benchmarking, or the development of competing products or services, without the express prior written authorization of Premier Research Labs, LP.
- Confidentiality. Any non-public, proprietary, or confidential information contained in the Materials, including data, research findings, and trade secrets, shall be maintained in strict confidence and may not be disclosed or made publicly available without prior written consent of Premier Research Labs, LP.
- Ownership. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with Premier Research Labs, LP and/or its presenters. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
- Access Restrictions. Access to the Materials is provided only to the registered Quantum Summit attendee associated with the email address to which the access link was delivered. You may not share, transfer, or permit any other person to use your access link or credentials.
- Electronic Consent. You agree that your selection of "I Agree and Access Materials" constitutes your electronic signature and your agreement to be bound by this Policy. You consent to the use of electronic records and signatures in connection with your access to the Materials.
- Enforcement. Unauthorized use or disclosure of the Materials may result in legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and damages.
If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be permitted to access the Materials.
